Fourme d’Ambert
SGD23.10
Fourme d’Ambert is known to be one of France’s oldest cheeses. It’s production dates back to the Roman occupation of France over a 1,000 years ago. The paste is cream-coloured with beautiful blue veining. Texture is creamier than Stilton which give it a better mouth feel. The buttery and creamy notes are perfectly balanced with the spiciness of the blue mold.
