Salt and Palm Collaboration Platter
Salt and Palm has made the savoury Cheese Choux Puffs specially for this Christmas! They are delightfully smoky, with an intense sweetness. The choux puffs are first cooked with gruyere cheese, then filled with Bastoncino Affumicato Cheese and Caciocavallo Silano Cheese custard. It is further enhanced with vegemite which balances the rich taste with an umami flavour.
