Valencay, a unpasteurised goat’s milk cheese, made in the province of Berry in France. Valencay has a creamy and smooth interior but its exterior is harder and covered in ash. The flavours is citrusy and has a slight goats flavour. Overall a very clean flavour.

Pairs well with crisps and dry white wines like Sauvignon Blanc.
