Vacherousse d’Argental


A beautiful soft cheese, the Vacherousse is double cream brie, made from cow’s milk and washed with salt water during the 2 weeks of maturation.

Once cut open, the cheese reveals a very smooth and fine creamy center.  It has a gentle taste, with a milky flavour and hints of meadow.

A great cheese for everyone as it is also pasteurized and vegetarian friendly.

Pairing:Bubbles, like Champagne and Prosecco, or a dry white wine.
