Truffle Gouda is a pasteurised cow milk cheese that is infused with Italian black summer truffles. The superior quality of these truffles makes this cheese truly exceptional. The interior is a pale yellow with lovely black speckles of truffles. It has  a rich chewy texture with a lightly salted nutty taste along with the black truffle elevating this cheese. Truly irresistible and pairs well with practically anything.

Pairing: light bodied Pinot Noir, medium bodied Sauvignon Blanc, full bodied Chardonnay.

Acidity can help cut through the “fattiness” of the cheese.
