Tomme aux Fleur


The Tomme Aux Fleurs is produced in the Grand-Est region (Alsace) and is made from raw or pasteurised cow’s milk before being coated with wild flowers. 

The rind is covered with a blend of specially curated flower petals allowing the scent of the petals to diffuse into the cheese giving it very unique flavours. If you consume the cheese with it’s rind intact the floral aromas will be more pronounced.
