Manchego Curado


Manchego’s rind is very unique because of the traditional grass moulds which gives it the zigzag pattern. There are different types of Manchego, the type we have here is Curado. To be classified as Curado, it has to be aged for 3-6 months where it develops a caramel and nutty flavour.

Pairings: Prickly Bubbles, Rich Whites, Bright Reds
