Don’t be put off by it’s strong smell and wrinkly exterior, Langres’ flavour isn’t what it seems. This cheese maturation process is very demanding as it requires washing which gives it the bright orange colour. First palate will surprise you as it starts off mild but ends off with a combination of earthy and savoury.
