The triple cream cheese is coated with a generous mix of garlic and assorted herbs and matured for two weeks. The herbs and garlic flavours are absorbed into the interior of the cheese producing a herbaceous aroma and creamy texture. Mouthfeel is mildly salty with hints of garlic and herb.
