Cremoso al Tartufo de la Madeleine
Famous Cremoso al tartufo aged with summer truffle. The gorgonzola is aged for 90 days as the base, extremely creamy, intensely smooth and close to being a liquid state. it is then aged another 15 days with summer truffle mix recipe and is covered with flakes of truffle. this cheese can be eaten on its own, or mixed in with pasta as delicious creamy treat for yourself.
